今は雑用担当の富井です。

一昨日のマグネッツ大阪店の

ヴィンテージボトムス入荷に御来店くださった

顧客様方、ありがとう御座いました。

実は、この春には

合計４００本を超えるヴィンテージの

ボトムスを用意することが出来ていました。

”無い無い言うてあるやん！”という

声も聞こえてきそうですが、

ほんまになかなか無いんです。

アメリカの古着屋さんを廻っても、

見かけないし、あっても日本国内の

値段と変わらないか、もっと高かったり

しますよ。

ボトムスって、トップスに比べて

消耗が激しく、アメリカでは見かけることさえ

本当に稀なんですが、僕はたまたまいい仲間に

巡り合えてるので、手に入っているだけなんです。

ラッキーなだけなんですよ。

そんな、今後もどんどん希少になってくる

ホンモノのヴィンテージのパンツ類、

まだまだ沢山いい物がお店には並んでいます。

さて、すでに長らくアメリカにも行っていないので

バイヤーのお仕事はしばらくお休み中です。

といえど、もともと５月末まで、

渡米する予定も無かったので、

幸い入荷日なんかも続けることが出来ている

不思議に、みなさん驚かれているかも

しれませんね。

テレビや新聞など、大手からではない、

真実味のある情報のありがたさに

感謝するばかりです。

さて、今日は小雨の降る雨の日になりました。

昨日ラボの庭に、かぼちゃの種を

撒いたのですが、ちょうど今日のこの雨。

かぼちゃがすくすく育ち、

収穫を楽しみにしています。

（買ったほうが早いんですけど）

そんなささやかな楽しみを感じる、

アフターコロナのこのごろですが、

皆様、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。

ようやく、コロナ渦も落ち着き、

外出出来るようになってきましたね。

神経質な方は、まだ外出を控えている方も

いらっしゃるかもしれませんね。

最近は夏日の日も増えてきたので、

これからはマスク着用が厳しくなってくる時期。

そろそろ、テレビなどでは、

”マスクは危険”と、煽りだす事でしょう。

でも、マスクしていて安心する方は、

マスクをしとけばいいし、マスクの当たる肌に

吹き出物が出来たり、マスクの中が蒸れたりと

気持ち悪さを感じる人は、マスクは外したら

いいんじゃないでしょうか。

今日は、久しぶりに、

雨の日に思い出す曲のブログを作成します。

今日、ご紹介の一曲は、

１９９４年発表のジェルー・ザ・ダマジャの

カムクリーンになります。

僕がアメリカに行きだした頃、

この曲がよく車のラジオから流れていました。

その当時、東海岸に良く行ってた時期で、

ボルティモアやフィラデルフィアの街に

ぴったりな曲だったのを思い出します。

このどんよりした不気味なメロディーが

あのスラム街とマッチし、恐怖を膨張させてくれたのを

今でも鮮明に思い出します。

こうやって、当時を思い出しながら

書いていると、あの独特の空気の中に

飛び込みたくなる衝動に駆られます

ボルティモアの名物というか、ここでよく見る光景が

ウィリーしながら暴走する、所謂暴走族です

中にはバギーなんかもありーの、後ろから子供が

ちゃりんこでウィリーして追いかけてくるなんてのも。

元気というか、なんと言えばいいのか。。。。。

しかし、よくこんな街で、車中で寝てたもんです。

若い頃はなんでも出来ちゃうんですね。

他のどんなゲットーに行っても

恐怖を感じなくなってしまいました。

まだ、小雨は降っていますが、

街に人手が少ないので、買い物するには

コロナの飛散も小さくなりますし。

逆に身体にわるいんじゃないかと

個人的には思っています。

でも、もうコロナは勘弁して欲しいですね。

経済がボロボロになってしまってますから。

これから着こなしのポイントになる
